Tewksbury PD completes crisis training through Front Line Initiative

Through a grant through the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health, Tewksbury police officers as well as those in surrounding towns, completed 35 hours of crisis training which aims to improve outcomes when those in crisis are dealing with law enforcement. Additionally, the officers were trained on connecting residents to mental health care after the initial crisis.
